HunterAI permite a las agencias crear y gestionar agentes de IA para sus propios clientes, con un chat de pruebas, portales para clientes e integraciones de mensajería. Al crear una cuenta, ser invitado a un espacio de trabajo o usar un portal de cliente aceptas estas condiciones. Si no las aceptas, no uses el servicio.

Cuentas y acceso

• Debes dar información veraz y mantener a salvo tu contraseña y tus claves de API. Eres responsable de lo que ocurra con tu cuenta.
• El acceso lo concede una agencia a su equipo y a sus clientes. Cada agencia decide quién puede usar cada parte de su espacio de trabajo.
• Avísanos de inmediato si crees que alguien usó tu cuenta sin tu permiso.

Uso aceptable

• No uses HunterAI para infringir la ley, enviar spam o mensajes no solicitados, acosar o engañar a personas ni vulnerar derechos de terceros.
• Cumple las reglas de los servicios que conectes, como WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger y Google, incluidas sus normas sobre mensajería y consentimiento.
• No intentes acceder a datos que no son tuyos, interrumpir el servicio ni hacerle ingeniería inversa.

Podemos suspender el acceso que incumpla estas reglas.

Agencias y sus clientes

Cada agencia es responsable de cómo configura y usa HunterAI para sus clientes: las instrucciones que da a sus agentes, la información que carga, los canales que conecta y contar con el permiso de las personas a quienes escribe. La agencia responde ante sus clientes y ante las personas con las que conversan.

Contenido generado por IA

Los agentes redactan sus respuestas con modelos de IA. Las respuestas pueden ser inexactas o incompletas, por lo que la agencia debe revisar cómo se comportan sus agentes y no apoyarse en ellos para decisiones legales, médicas, financieras o de seguridad sin revisión humana. Donde la ley lo exija, informa a las personas de que hablan con un asistente automático.

Servicios de terceros

HunterAI funciona con servicios que no controlamos, como plataformas de mensajería, Google Calendar, proveedores de modelos de IA y almacenamiento de archivos. Su disponibilidad y sus reglas pueden cambiar y quedan fuera de nuestra responsabilidad. Conectar tus propias cuentas se hace con tu autorización, que puedes revocar en cualquier momento.

Tus datos

El contenido que cargas o recibes sigue siendo tuyo. Nos autorizas a tratarlo solo para prestar el servicio. Cómo tratamos los datos personales se explica en la política de privacidad.

Disponibilidad y responsabilidad

Trabajamos para mantener el servicio disponible, pero no prometemos que esté libre de interrupciones o errores. En la medida que la ley lo permita, HunterAI se ofrece tal cual y no respondemos por pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes, lucro cesante ni pérdida de datos. HunterAI lets agencies create and manage AI agents for their own clients, with a chat playground, client portals and messaging integrations. By creating an account, being invited to a workspace or using a client portal you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Accounts and access

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Access is granted by an agency to its team and its clients. Agencies decide who can use each part of their workspace.
• Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use HunterAI to break the law, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to harass or deceive people, or to infringe other people's rights.
• Follow the rules of the services you connect, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Google, including their terms on messaging and consent.
• Do not try to access data that is not yours, disrupt the service or reverse engineer it.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Agencies and their clients

An agency is responsible for how it configures and uses HunterAI for its clients: the instructions it gives its agents, the information it loads, the channels it connects and having the permission of the people it writes to. The agency answers to its clients and to the people they message.

AI-generated content

Agents write their replies with AI models. Replies can be inaccurate or incomplete, so the agency must review how its agents behave and must not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions without human review. Where the law requires it, tell people they are talking to an automated assistant.

Third-party services

HunterAI works with services we do not control, such as messaging platforms, Google Calendar, AI model providers and file storage. Their availability and rules can change and are outside our responsibility. Connecting your own accounts is done with your authorization, which you can revoke at any time.

Your data

The content you load or receive remains yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but we do not promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, HunterAI is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Fees, if any, are agreed with each agency.

Ending and changes

You can stop using the service at any time, and we can end or suspend access that breaks these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
